CURRENT ASSIGNMENT
- Managed Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs): access control lists (ACLs), security policy implementation, web filtering, DNS filtering, application filtering, and other threat-prevention measures to ensure robust network protection.
- Troubleshooting network issues: diagnosing and resolving network problems and outages, ensuring minimal disruption to network services and maintaining optimal performance.
- Security policy management for audits: generating and managing security policy reports to facilitate auditing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Auditing and enhancing network security policies: regularly reviewing and improving security policies to bolster network defenses, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing necessary updates.
- Support and troubleshooting of VPN services: site-to-site VPNs, SSL-VPNs, and related services, ensuring secure and reliable remote connectivity.
- Firewall maintenance and patching: software updates and security patches on firewalls in line with scheduled maintenance windows.
